On 28th of February, Air Traffic Controllers will participate in the 24-hour strike of ADEDY. Due to their decision there will be serious disruption to airline flights.
If you are planning a trip on this day, no planes will land or take off at the country’s airports. All domestic and international flights will be canceled.
The strike is valid from 00:01 to 24:00.
During the strike, only air ambulances flights, will be operated.
Also, hundreds of unions in the public and private sector have decided to participate on 28 February strike.
Yesterday, students and teachers had a rally in the city centre of Athens against the bill for the establishment of non-state universities. According to Hellenic Police, about 2,500 people took part in the rally.
Moreover, on the same day protest gathering held at Syntagma Square by approximately 500 beekeepers from all over Greece.
